What’s Your 2016 Running Goal?

It’s a New Year and for most runners that means setting new goals, whether that means a new distance, faster time or running more miles than ever before.

What’s Your Goal for 2014?

Happy 2014, everyone! If you’re like us, a new year means setting new running goals. Like tackling a new distance. Or getting a shiny new PR.

Whatever you choose to focus on this upcoming year, having a goal gives you something to train for and will help you stay motivated, especially during these dark winter days! And don’t be afraid to dream big – if your goal doesn’t scare you at least a bit, you’re probably not aiming high enough!
