Racing season is upon us! No matter what distance you trained for, you worked hard throughout the spring, summer and fall toward your goal. That likely meant small sacrifices here and there for the sake of running the way you want on the big day.
While there’s no question that training hard, week after week, day after day, is rewarding, it feels great to take a break after a big race.
